Lookout Climbing

People from minority backgrounds often face exclusion and a lack of community support in outdoor climbing environments. This exclusion perpetuates a cycle where outdoor climbing remains an activity with low diversity, limiting its growth and inclusivity. The solution is LOOKOUT, a brand created to foster inclusivity, primarily through outdoor bouldering events aimed at bringing together climbers from minority backgrounds. Each of these events has an associated interactive board which attendees can upload their photos and experiences to. This creates a large scale collage which can be permanently installed at bouldering gyms as a lasting, tangible reminder that everyone can belong in the outdoor climbing space.
